Thank you for choosing Metin Erbil Jewellery for your handcrafted treasures. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of our pieces, we have established the following refund and return policy:
1. Handcrafted Nature and Variations:

Please note that our jewellery is handcrafted. Minor variations in size, colour, and texture may occur due to the artisan process. These variations are not considered defects and add to the unique character of each piece.
2. Returns and Refunds:

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted for items that are damaged upon arrival or significantly different from the description on our website.

We do not accept returns for items due to personal preference or minor variations as described in section 1.

Customised or personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they arrive damaged or significantly different from the approved design.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In that case, we will provide a return shipping label.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.
3. Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, unless the item is already in production.

For customised or personalised items, cancellations may not be possible once the design process has begun.
4. Damaged Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
6. Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
