1. Dispatch Time:

We offer both "ready to wear" and "made to order" jewellery. Items that are ready for immediate dispatch typically ship within 2-4 business days. Items that are made to order require a crafting period of 3-4 weeks.

The specific dispatch time for each item will be clearly indicated on the individual product page.

Please note that dispatch time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, not the delivery time.

2. Shipping Destinations:

We ship both nationally within the United Kingdom and internationally.

National (UK) Shipping:

We primarily use Royal Mail and DHL Express; however, we may use other reputable carriers as needed. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be available at checkout.

International Shipping:

We use DHL Express for our international deliveries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be available at checkout.

Please be aware that international delivery times can vary significantly due to customs and local postal services.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Costs:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders exceeding £210.00 in a single transaction.

For purchases below £210.00, shipping fees will apply and are calculated at checkout based on destination.

National (UK) Shipping: £9.99

International Shipping: £24.99

You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders):

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential charges.

Metin Erbil Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Address:

Customers are required to provide accurate Billing and Shipping Addresses. Metin Erbil Jewellery is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect Shipping Addresses provided by the customer. Customers are liable for all costs incurred by Metin Erbil Jewellery for correcting an incorrect address, including return shipping and reshipping fees. If a customer refuses delivery, they are responsible for the return shipping costs to Metin Erbil Jewellery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages:

In the unlikely event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@metinerbil.com.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a refund, in accordance with our refund policy.

Please document any damage with photos.

For lost packages, claims can only be filed after a certain number of days that is determined by the courier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or postal service issues.
